Step Three
​
Attend Level I Required Jobs for Life™ Training
Jobs for Life™ Training consists of sixteen lessons, which are covered over a period of 6—8 weeks, depending on schedule needs and class size at that time. Training includes classroom instruction, individual and group activities.
Study topics include Journey to Employment, Why Work?, Career and Skills Assessment, Vocational Plan – My Roadmap, Job Search, Roadblocks, Taking Responsibility, My Journey for Life.​

Step Four
​
Begin Personal Development Plan
Work with staff to develop your own personal goals to reach self-sufficiency which addresses all areas of your life—spiritual, family, personal, financial, education, and employment.

Step Five
​
Participate in Bible Study
Bible study is on-going and a required part of the program. It may be in a small group or one-on-one with a mentor.

Step Six
​
Begin Level II—Mentoring
​
Each participant is paired with a trained mentor to be your friend and encourager in helping you reach your goals.

Step Seven

Advance to Level III—Giving Back
​
Begin the transition from participant to volunteer.

Attend events as an encourager to other women, helping CWJC.

Complete advanced classes/workshops as needed toward personal goals.
