Growing Opportunities
Family Activity Days/Field Trips are planned periodically to give opportunity to experience new things as a family and celebrate life.
Quarterly Celebration Events are provided for the group to come together and celebrate special holidays and events throughout the year. This is a time to share with others and encourage each other, while enjoying the celebrations of life.
Family Camp is a special 4-day event in the summer for the whole family —a time to learn, grow, and enjoy life. Children enjoy special Bible lessons, games, and activities while moms enjoy their own relaxing and learning time. Family meal provided each day.
Recognition of Progress as women advance throughout the program. Certificates are presented for completing each level, and other special accomplishments.
Coupon Assistance program provides a way for active participants to earn needed “hand ups” while moving forward toward self-sufficiency.
A Capital Campaign
Building our resources to build our dreams! Can you help us?!
We have a dream. It's a big one, but if we can get some help to get it started, we hope it will sustain all our needs in the future.
We want to find a house in just the right location that can be used as a coffee shop. The coffee shop would serve its community in so many ways:

It would help us become a self-sustaining source of income to fund our programs.

It would give some of our ladies a place to train and work while they learn.
-
It could provide a meeting space for other non-profits & organizations.
-
And it will provide a social setting in its neighborhood.
We would hope this building would also provide us with dedicated classrooms upstairs or in the back of the building. We would love a house because we think it could be made to be a cozy, attractive place that women would be comfortable coming to, but if you have another thought, we'd love to hear it.
We would be open to the donation of a building that is structurally sound, since we have few funds at our disposal at the moment; but we would also then keep the campaign going to renovate as donations allow.
We encourage the women we serve to accept our hand UP, not a hand out ....... and in that same spirit, we hope you'll provide us with a hand up as well. Please help us to help them ...... watch for our Capital Campaign to go LIVE very soon!
